HTML templates are not supported at the moment. There's no notice from the
developers when and if this will be implemented.

I  would  like  to  have  a template using my letterhead with an html
format.   I  can  certainly  create  an  email each time and insert my
letterhead into the email but how do I save this as a template?

I would also like to use backgrounds like I used in Outlook, can I use
these backgrounds some how?

AFAIK this iKey is not supported, iKey1000 is currently supported
