Address Book groups and 2+ addresses per contact
Hello TBUDL, I have several contacts to whom I send privat and work-related mail. There is only one contact per person which has two or more of their email adresses. The contacts are in an address book group for friends as well as one for work. Let's call those two groups friends and work. The email address field in the contact details looks like this: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] The groups field looks like this: work+friends I would like to get TheBat! to decide which of those two (or maybe more) addresses it should use depending on the group from which I select the contact to write a new message. It would also be nice if it did that when I write a mail to all contacts in the group (i.e. a meeting invitation or something). Is this possible or is there a better approach? Best way would be to create unique entries for each address and to place those addresses in the matching group. -- Groetjes, Roelof I love my country; it's my government that scares me. http://www.voormijalleen.nl/ The Bat! 4.0.16.1 Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 2 3 pop3 accounts OTFE enabled P4 3GHz 2 GB RAM pgpxAsLlUDuVt.pgp Description: PGP signature Current version is 4.0.14.0 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

Yep, you are right. — Another solution could be: - Open address book - Right-click the desired contact - Choose New message to = [EMAIL PROTECTED] Cheers!
