This  is  extremely  frustrating  to say the least. Can someone please
from TB chime in on this? TB technical support has been unable or even
uninterested  it  seems  to  offer and kind of technical assistance in
resolving this issue.

I  uninstalled  Firefox  now  my links launch right away with IE8.  Go
figure?
