Trashing/truncating url in v.4.2.42
A link in the body of an incoming message is being truncated and/or trashed by TB. I have the default character sets checked. I have also tried unchecking all IETFs except Unicode (UTF-8) and Windows Default (us-ascii), but it still truncates the link. The viewer/editor is set to read in HTML and plain text. I opened the email in Horde and it was complete as follows: http://info216259.myorderbox.com/linkhandler/servlet/ConfirmRfaServlet?rfaid=2849736&type=DomTrfRegToUs&participant_name=AdminContact&participant_emailaddress=i...@cdi-sxm.com&domainname=handismart.org&response=y&key=598290147&requestfor=DomTrfRegToUs&rvid=4457'>http://info216259.myorderbox.com/linkhandler/servlet/ConfirmRfaServlet?rfaid=2849736&type=DomTrfRegToUs&participant_name=AdminContact&participant_emailaddress=i...@cdi-sxm.com&domainname=handismart.org&response=y&key=598290147&requestfor=DomTrfRegToUs&rvid=4457 But when it is received by TB it looks like this: http://info216259.myorderbox.com/linkhandler/servlet/ConfirmRfaServlet?rfaid=2849736&type=DomTrfRegToUs?icipant_name=AdminContact?icipant_emailaddress=i...@cdi-sxm.com&domainname=handismart.org&response=y&key=598290147&requestfor=DomTrfRegToUs&rvid=4457 Which is now an invalid link. I am wondering if this could be any other preferences in TB? Any ideas are appreciated. PS: I am experiencing this on TB 4.2.42 on Windows XP 5.1 2600 SP3. I have not tried v5.x with it yet. -- Best regards, CDIsxm The Bat! Connection Centre strangeness
Hello Bats!, I've just switched my web presence provider/mail server from CorpSite to GoDaddy, and during the changeover period have both servers set up as separate accounts. I copied all settings from the old account (except, of course, for the server addresses, user id, and passwords) to the new and now that the name server changes have propagated somewhat, am receiving mail through the new server. However, each time TB! checks the new server, the Connection Centre dialog pops up and waits for me to dispatch it, rather than completing the action automagically as it did before. This, of course, plays havoc with unattended operation overnight. What configuration setting should I use to make it work as it did before? -- Best regards, Jim mailto:j...@jimkyle.com Using The Bat! v%THEBATVERSION on %WINDOWSPLATFORMNAME %- %WINDOWSMAJORVERSION.%WINDOWSMINORVERSION Build %WINDOWSBUILDNUMBER %WINDOWSCSDVERSION on VirtualBox 3.2.12 under Xubuntu 10.04.1 with AntiSpamSniper Version %ANTISPAMSNIPER_VERSION Current version is 4.2.42 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
