Icons

2018-03-07 Thread Thomas Fernandez
Hello Tbudl,

I did something, and now all the icons ("Get New Mail", "Send Queued
Mail" etc) are not those that I used to have. In detail, I used to
have just the icons, and now there is the text under the icons, making
them wider and messing up my screen design.

I looked in every setting I could think of but did not find where to
choose the icons.

I also seem to remembers that I chose those icons without text many
years ago, so there must be a way to change them.

Any ideas are appreciated.

Some of my global settings changed - I'll send a separate email.

To a folder on my hard drive. I've done it with a gmail pop account before, but
am not sure about deletion in Gmail, when using IMAP.
The messages would disappear from the IMAP account, but not go to the trash.

Thanks! The only part that I wonder about is if the messages will get deleted
on gmail, if they never show up in the trash.

Re: Which New Message Template?

Aside of what MFPA and Thomas have suggested, there is one thing that
maybe useful to you to be aware of about folders: default templates.

When you create a new folder, its templates default to whatever are
the Account Templates. What I did many years ago is add this line at
the end of all account templates:

%COMMENT="This is default"%COMMENT=""

This way, if and when I modify a folder template, I will delete this
line. So, next time I happen to look at this folder template I will
know it was modified.

Thanks. I'll give it a go.
