Re: Filtering spam e-mails

A good combination seams to be a combination of a selective filter with a common spamlist, where you can manage the blocking of domains and email addresses you never want to receive anything at all. An additional filter for incoming mails can take care of alle subject line and text body related exclusions like you mention. I added also a spam-group to my address book where all those addies will be stored and i can use them for my common spamlist later. -- Regards, BlueStrike Current Ver: 1.60c FAQ: http://faq.thebat.dutaint.com Unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Archives : http://tbudl.thebat.dutaint.com Moderators : mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] TBTech List: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
Re: Won't Exit
Hi Stefan, i had the same Problem with TB 1.6d. The program always remained in RAM, using 99% of my CPU time. An Update to 1.6e solved this problem for me. Now everything is perfect. If i wouldn't have checked the task manager because my PC been totally blocked i wouldn't know that thebat.exe is still running. There are no parts visible also not the connection center. Is it because of the MAPI integration? I have no clue at all. -- Regards BlueStrikemailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Current Ver: 1.60c FAQ: http://faq.thebat.dutaint.com Unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Archives : http://tbudl.thebat.dutaint.com Moderators : mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] TBTech List: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
The Bat remains in RAM
Since yesterday The Bat (1.6c) acts strangely: After ending The Bat, the program remains in RAM and occupies between 92 and 96% of the CPU's utilization time. First i thought it is because it's cleaning up folders or doing similar tasks, but this task doesn't end until i am shutting it down by hand via the Task Manager. Even reinstalling didn't change anything. -- Regards BlueStrike mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Current Ver: 1.60c FAQ: http://faq.thebat.dutaint.com Unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Archives : http://tbudl.thebat.dutaint.com Moderators : mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] TBTech List: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
