OT: IE hyperlink settings

Sorry for the OT, but this list has very knowledgable members and this
is driving me nuts! Everytime I open IE (including via a link in TB!)
the browser doesn't start in maximized mode. I'd like to change this.

Could someone please tell me how to do this for Windows ME?

[Possible bug?]

  The bug description:
The Memo disappears from a message saved in the outbox, if you re-open
the message.

  Steps to reproduce the bug:
Create a message and save a draft. Then add a memo to the message.
Open the message again and then choose Save draft. Same effect
if you open it then click the icon for Put letter in Outbox.

Mouse wheel settings (was Re: Editor)

This sounds very handy. How did you set this? I'm using Windows ME

An easy Q

TBUDL,

How do I turn off the auto numbering in the subject field for replies?

Been using the Bat happily for years but have had a need lately to
turn that part off and can't recall how.

Couldn't find this in the FAQ, by the way. Probably there somewhere but
perhaps it could be made easier to find?
