%TOFNAME for more then one address

2001-01-27 Thread Shahar SAVYON

Hi TBUDL.
My new message template starts with this macro:

Hi %TOFNAME.

I usually send messages to my favorites by choosing them from the
little arrow near the "New message" button.

When I choose only one recipient the macro works fine but when I have
in the To field more then one address, the Macro show only the first
one.

What can I do in order to see all my recipients names in the beginning
of the message ?

TIA.

Add senders to address book

2001-01-17 Thread Shahar SAVYON

Hi TBUDLs

1. I have a folder with about 80 messages and I have to send the same reply text to
each one of the
senders. How do I do it in an easy way ? Is mass mailing have something to do with it ?

2. From the same folder I want to "add sender to address book" not to the default
address book but to another
address book. How do I choose the right address book ? Do I have to create a new
filter for
this ?

TIA.

Can I do it ?

TIA.

Can I set an SMTP settings to a folder within an account so I can force the messages

sent from that specific folder through a specific SMTP server ?

Personal Delivery

2001-01-07 Thread Shahar SAVYON

Hi There.
I'm looking for a feature that can send the same message or text to a list of
recipients in a way that every recipient will see his name and only his name in
the "TO" field. I don't want to use the BCc fiels.

There are some software that can do this mail merge, Can TB do it too ?
