I really don't think it is worth the effort. Strange thing - this issue is on my lap top at home; running Bat! at work with no such issues. I ended up changing the permissions in the registry so that applications were able to read, but not write, to that particular key. If you never actually do (I never do), you might just go to [Options | Preferences... | Applications] in TB and uncheck .EML. Fellow Bat! Fans. Every time I start Bat! I am asked if I want Bat! associated with .EML files, which I accept. This choice is also ticked in Options /Preferences, and I have constantly clicked the Associate Now button.
