By using a custom Address Book template for that address, or group
of addresses. In fact, AB templates should be your first port of
call for any message customisations.

Simply add the %USEPGP%SIGNCOMPLETE macros to the new message and
reply templates for that address. You can also control the use of
PGP/MIME with %PGPMIME and %NOPGPMIME macros.
