Other than adding all other list members to a specific group in your
address book and making a reply template for that group, there is no

Do you keep a special address book of members of that list with this
template or do you use a folder template?

Quoting when replying to this message is good for you and me.

Using The Bat! v3.80.03 on Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 2.
Accessing a POP3 mailbox.

This aphorism would be seven words long if it were six words shorter.

I put something like this in my Reply template:

%TO=""%TO='"%ofromname on [mailing-list]" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>'

This is one of the rare cases where a folder template is the only
solution. Make sure list messages are filtered to this folder and set
the folder reply template up to force the To: address on replies.

Handle with care!!

Automatically replying to a mailing list which does not have a reply-to header

2006-05-24 Thread Claude Renaud
Hi all,

Today, I'm facing such a situation, and I wonder how could I solve this reply
problem.
Could someone help me ? Should I create a template for this ?

Greetings,
