Yes, and it's a fairly simple one. Yellow messages are of normal
priority. Red messages are high priority and blue ones are low
priority.

Colored envelope icons unread messages

Hello TBUDL

  I have a question that is puzzling me. I don't have any color
  groups, but sometimes when I receive a message the envelope icon is
  either red, and now in a recently received message blue, all others
  are yellow. Any reason for the colors. If this is in the fact I am
  sorry.
