Hi, for those fellow Bat users that have a Pro account with GMX I thought I'd provide the following snippet of information.
I noticed that my IMAP to GMX connection frequently gets disconnected by the server. I contacted GMX's support about this and received as an answer that problems might occur when using The Bat for IMAP access. The statement went on to say that GMX can offer no solution. Great. I wish they had told me what exactly causes those problems. I suggest that other The Bat GMX users with IMAP problems also contact GMX and see if they get better answers. Make yourselves heard.
