Failed to set Calendar Date and Time

Hello,

When I Try to open Options Menu or Tools -> Scheduler, I get a Error
message: The Bat!
Failed to set calendar date or time.

I am using v4.0.18.  v4.0.14 was working ok.

I thought TB! used the time from the system clock.
Does it set its own clock too?

I'm also confused as to how your message relates to the previous
