Feature Request (or help?)
There are times when I would like to open a previously sent message, make a few changes and send it again, sometimes to the same person(s), sometimes to others. In Thunderbird, I'd just pick 'Edit as New' from the Message menu, but I cannot find a similar option in TB. The closest I can see is 'Re-send', which prompted me about resending (I didn't) without ever offering any opportunity to edit/adjust. One can work around this shortcoming by creating a new message and cut'n'pasting from the old one, but it seems like it should be easy enough for the application to further simplify this task, as Thunderbird has done. If I'm missing something, please help... If not, please consider this a feature request... -- Steven Vallière | tb 3.99.29 | mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] -- If you didn't write it down, then it didn't happen. -Larry Zana Current version is 3.99.27.2 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

Not the same as what you have in mind, but you could right-click on the message, choose send to folder, choose the out-folder and there you can edit the message. -- Best Wishes, Mark using The Bat! 4.0.0.12 (ALPHA) Current version is 3.99.27.2 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

Hello Steven, The closest I can see is 'Re-send', which prompted me about resending (I didn't) without ever offering any opportunity to edit/adjust. Try re-direct. That let's you edit the message. -- Best regards, Miguel A. This lets you change the adressee and make changes to the body. UnfortunatlyUnfortunately it seems to reformat the message for some reason. -- Stuartmailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Using The Bat! v4.0.0.16 (ALPHA) on Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 2 Current version is 3.99.27.2 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
