Easy, go to your address books, open their properties and look in which you checked Use this AB for The one with the option checked should be your default AB. With the account's settings you can override this for all accounts separately, rendering this check virtually useless. - -- Dierk Haasis http://www.Write4U.de PGP keys available: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?Subject=SendMyPGPkeys The Bat 1.53d on Windows 95 4.0 1212 C Pray: To ask that the laws of the universe be annulled in behalf of a single petitioner confessedly unworthy. Right at the bottom of that window you have the option to select/choose the address book for each account. Or right click on the account (not folder) and select property. The options to select the address book is on that screen at the bottom. -- Best regards, Rajmailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] -- __ Archives : http://tbudl.thebat.dutaint.com Moderators : mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] TBTech List: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] You are subscribed as : archive@jab.org

How to tie an address book to an account?
I sent this on July 6th, but I haven't seen it on the list. So I'll try again. I have two address books. I have one address book that I want to tie to a specific account. Then I would like to set the other address book as defaults for all other accounts. I think that is an feature in this v1.53. But how do I do that?
