this  button is really missing, developers know about it, I have added
this into official Bugtraq yesterday.

You're right about that. And it isn't available in v3.0.0.8

Even the macro button (that's still available for other templates)
doesn't contain all macros. AMOF most of the time it doesn't contaijn
any of the macros I need. So I just type them from memory or from the
help file.

Am I missing something?

I am sure in v2 when setting up an automatic reply template, the
Macros button was available to select macrosmto place in the template.

I may be being dense but I can't see how it's done now.
