This sound exactly like what I want to do with one particular folder!
How would I force just the messages that get sorted into this folder to show as 
"text" with the macro?

The Help Center website also opens when you hit F1 (the universal Help
shortcut) or click Help / Help Topics in the main menu. ;-)
