After you install the plugin you have to set up its configuration (i.e. which folders to index, etc.) via Options/Preferences/Plugins and then do a first "Re-Index Selected" and also select "Monitor selected folders on exit". In GDT Prefrences, aside of "The Bat! E-Mail Client Plug-In" under Complements, which should be ticked after installing the plugin, you also need to tick the option for Email under Search Types. My GDT is in Spanish so the English translations I provided may not be exact. -- Best regards, Miguel A.
