A TB! upgrade licence is not really all that expensive, I'm just on a
fairly tight budget and had some more urgent outgoings at the time.

I tried to use TB! 4.0.38 on Windows 10 and got much the same. I ran 
that version in an XP virtual machine for two or three months until I 
could afford an upgrade licence, and am now running TB! 7.1.18 
(64-bit).
