The problem might be in your TEMP directory - the slowdown and the directory's size (4 G) tells clearly about that. Basically, you can easily remove all files with the .TMP extension from there and add the line del %TEMP%\*.TMP to the end of the AUTOEXEC.BAT. Other files can also be removed from there, but I'm not 100% sure :-) Another thing - check integrity of your Inbox folders using the Folder|Maintenance, they might become damaged somehow... -- Cheers!
