from the HELP index-mail ticker: The next level of customisation is
available to you once the ticker itself is visible. Using the right
click "Context menu", you can set the ticker to be "Always on top" so
that it is not obscured by other windows. You can specify that the
ticker should autozoom - meaning that, if you move (click and drag) the
ticker to the top or the bottom edge of the screen, it will
