DRA Your experiences with NAV anybody?

A devout NAV user for past six years, I've recently switched to AVG
because I wanted a TB! plug-in functionality. Another thing about NAV
is it's too big ! Also, I don't like the way Symantec installs two
extra applications, i.e. LiveReg and LiveUpdate alongside NAV.

Otherwise, I've had no problems whatsoever with NAV for past six
years.

After having tried and/or used several different AV programs, I've
been very happy with NOD32 for the past year and a half.

If you're generally careful, and use a good anti-virus as a backup to
your safe hex practices, there's really no need for an outgoing
scanner. After all...if the program didn't catch something on its way
in, why would you expect it to catch it on the way out? :-)
