There's a filter rule in the Sniper that's disabled by default, to classify
as spam any message with attached image files. If you enable it, you should
get 100% rejection. Unfortunately it will also reject any messages from
friends or family that have attached images, unless those senders are in
the "friends" list.

Since some of my customers (not in the friends list) attach image files of
screen shots when asking for assistance, I can't use this rule -- but it
should be quite helpful to most folk.
