I've thought, that there is some detailed log with IP-session details?
with protocol specials etc.
"Could not connect to the server" is too short info.

The matter is that the message "Some messages were not sent- check log
for details"exactly from THAT log
And my question is: DOES exist another LOG, which references THAT log.
