Aha - I see. I'm afraid I didn't get that impression from either the
help files or the interface layout. I was interpreting "Delete" on the
rule tab to mean "don't use this condition", not "match anything".
Perhaps Delete should remove the condition from the screen, and then
not use anything on the rule tab. That would seem a bit more clear, at
least to me.
