So, just for signing messages, what is the best path right now. I
have 9 email addresses. Is PGP 6 or 8 or GNUPG the best from
simplicity and integration

Also, I cannot verify your signature with gpg. Any ideas?

OK, I am dumpinh gpg and going with the free version of 8. I am
running XP, and they say 8 is the only version that works with XP. I
know that 6 is as good, does not use services and uses lest memory,
so I am going to try 6.5 also and see which is better for me.

I do not have your key (yet) in my keyring. After I install 6 I will
import your key and try again.

Here is a signed message, see if you can do anything with it.

Ahhh, so I see. Thanks for the pointer.

I'll give this a try; again, thanks.

Yes, specifically for compatibility with 'text-only' systems. They
give fits with the mime encoded attachment of a message body.

And to one of the moderators: Is the following signature delimiter
correct?

Before shutting it off completely, I've reset the margin in PGP to 78
instead of 70. If it still fouls things I'll shut it off.
