And that is very intentional :) You will find a very strong
Anti-HTML-email sentiment on this list! 1) It is a security risk.
and 2) It increases the size of the email. and 3) It is
unnecessary.

I'm sure others could chip in with a laundry list of HTML email
evils, but that's a start :)

(about web-based e-mail)
Hotmail is a great thing! Mainly for having an address to pop into
every 'enter email address here' box on websites (even for downloading
Real Player), so it can suck down SPAM, instead of my main account
doing it. Also great for getting newsletters (CNET Digital Dispatch -
weekly... HTML formatted, and grateful).

Sure it's unneccessary in the sense that you can live without it, but the
formatting and highlighting options can come handy IMHO. (*Runs away in fear
of getting lynched*)

See, I have to use Outlook and OE at work, so I try to convince myself :)
