Hmmm, this is pretty much what I'd done.  I guess that my problem is
elsewhere.

The symptoms are that all To, CC, BCC fields are blank on the printout.

I've tried deleting a recreating all three QTs as well as marking start/end
for each QT with a text string.  I'm seeing what I'd expect for print and
print_recipient, but nothing for print_recipient2.

It appears to my untrained eye that print_recipient is failing to call
print_recipient2 for some reason.

Any ideas?  Should we take this discussion elsewhere?

A vertical list, just what I'm after... unfortunately I'm too busy (stupid?)
to understand this solution.

Could you (or anyone else out there) please run me through setting this up.
