I've phoned CIFNet (trans-atlantic call) and they claim to be trying to deal with a huge backlog of v3 upgrades. They say they will get to mine tonight or tomorrow (Chicago time). So I suppose Ritlabs are finding it difficult to respond due to needing to run back and forth to the bank ;-) And don't anyone ask why I ordered from Chicago when I'm in UK...
