RW I just hit F6 again and it pops right back up exactly as you left it.

A Which works great if TB! is in focus; but if you're trying to navigate
A from another program straight to smartbat, no go.

Of course! I had TB! in focus at the time and forgot about that but I've
now assigned a hot key to it as per Robert's message so the task bar has
one less item cluttering it up.

RvdH YOu can set a System Hotkey for that (Options, Preferences, System
RvdH Hotkeys). I have Ctrl-Alt-F6 assigned to invoke Smartbat.

Now that's a far more sensible solution, one less item to clutter up the
taskbar. Thanks.

Toolbar??
You can see it in the TASKbar if you put

[Options]
Taskbar=1

in the smartbat.ini file.

Be sure there are no spaces between Taskbar, - an 1, otherwise it
doesn't show up. Only seen once you have clicked F6

You should see smartbat in the taskbar too, so that you can minimize it; that
was not possible before; see attached smart.png

A It used to be that once unfocussed, you'd have to move
A windows and manually find your way back to the smart bat.

I just hit F6 again and it pops right back up exactly as you left it.

Don't you mean SmartBat? See Tools | SmartBat (or F6)

It sounds like this would be very helpful for documentation of
procedures in TB! I did a SmartPad search in help and Menu Navigator
without luck. Clarification would be helpful! TIA!
