For starters, why don't you take a look @ FAQ.

I tried the faq link prior to posting, it told me to use IE, I then
left.

I agree IE is not an option.

Here is a really good one: Kill all e-mail originating from these
 domains:

 .+aol\.com
 .+@yahoo.+
 .+@msn\.com
 .+@.*mail.*
 .+@excite.+
 .+@[0-9]+\.

I am going to butt in here and ask a question. I am not sure how all
the wildcards work that you are using so I wanted to see if I had
entered this right. Here is a copy/paste of the filter as I have
added it based on your remarks above:

BeginFilter
Name: SPAM
Active: 1
Source: \\Jim D\Inbox
Target: \\Jim D\SPAM
CopyFolder: none
MainSet: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
MainSet: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
MainSet: 00.+aol\.com
MainSet: 00.+@yahoo.+
MainSet: 00.+msn\.com
MainSet: 00.+@.*mail.*
MainSet: 00.+@excite.+
MainSet: 00.+@[0-9]+\.
etc.

Is this right?

JR As I understand it, deleting msgs on the server slows
JR down the retrieve process as TB! has to search thru
JR all msgs on server before beginning a download.

Also after 'Andrew' mentioned about how he wishes his friends on his birthday,
(For the uninitiated - subject line was 'Free Beer')I would like review the
messages and will not completely trust any filters which filter on 'words'.
Hence my filter which adds the sender address to a AB group and then the filter
which moves messages from these addresses straight to trash.
