Well have you tried reordering the various address book entries? Perhaps
TB picks up the first one there too.

Ah, I see what you mean. I thought you meant you could cycle among
different email addresses within a particular address book entry by
doing that. Which would be an excellent feature to add in a future
version, don't you think?
