Hello Michael, 

No, it's not the new look and feel. He's running either a shell
replacement (other than explorer.exe), or something like Windows
Blinds, Litestep, or similar sort of software.

Thanks!  Downloaded the piece and still see some options which are
visible in the new screenshots now but where an explanation in the text
is still missing.  I'd prefer to have it vice versa (if getting both in
sync should not be possible). ;-)

In terms of screenshots: is this the new look and feel of The Bat! or
did you completely change your Windows GUI control libraries?
