Or: Alt once Left arrow once. Down arrow twice Enter once Then use the arrow keys to move the window on screen. Hi Thomas, @ 12:58:44 AM on 3/6/2001, Thomas wrote: Thanks, these are new. :-) Well, not really. They do the same exact thing (take you to the same place). I guess one would call the example below a shortcut, shortcut. g alt-space hit letter "m" Notice the M in Move in that menu is underlined. use arrow keys to move window I also noticed that the second step in the second example I gave doesn't work for some windows. Following Micro$oft tradition, 4 out of 5 things behave the way you /think/ they're going to behave, and IE5 seems to be number 5. IE5 says you're actually looking for Help. :) -- Brian Clark [EMAIL PROTECTED] Web Architect, Designer, and Programmer PGP is spoken here: 0xE4D0C7C8 [TB! 1.51 Beta/1, Windows 98 (SE) 4.10 Build A] -- __ Archives : http://tbudl.thebat.dutaint.com Moderators : mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] TBTech List: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] You are subscribed as : archive@jab.org
Windows off the screen
Hello TBUDL! Help! Some of the pop-up windows (like dial-up monitor, and PGP-Keys) keep drifting towards the top of my screen. If I do not watch it, the blue title line is out of the screen, and I cannot grab it to pull the wondow back. Allie once told me a trick, I have to click on the window and then something else, and I can pull the window back down, using a key-combo involing the arrow keys. Can someone remind me, please.
