Are you saying:

I saw a tip of the day (BTW, do those ever get updated?  I've not seen each one even 
once yet but it'd be nice to be able to add more daily tips after a while, wouldn't 
it?)

Anyway, I saw a tip of the day explaining command startup switch /nologo.  How can I 
set the (win 98se) shortcut properties to include this switch?
