[teampractices] Coming up with a Phab tag for "spike"

"Spike" is a widely-used term in Agile development, and many teams at the
Foundation employ it. However, as Danny_B (and AKlapper) have pointed out
in the above ticket, it is not an intuitive term for what it means,
particularly for those not using Agile (or for whom English is not their
first language).

I would be interested in other opinions, preferably on the Phab ticket
itself. :)
