I have a platform that gets it’s content from another site (all authorised) via 
Webcalls. They recently implemented SSL for all their site and my Webcalls no 
longer work:

Unable to send data when processing URL request.
wrong when connecting with SSL Server aborted the SSL handshake
I notice the Protocol drop down says ‘HTTP/1.1’ but there are no other options.

Is it possible to do a Webcall using HTTPS?

What is involved?

(repost) If you are running MacOS you might have an OpenSSL version
limitation (need to update MacOS or OpenSSL).
I had to update when I couldn't make https connections through TS
actions due to the target website deprecation of TLSvx.x, SSLvx.x, etc
protocols.

TeraScript-Talk: Version 7 support question

Users of TeraScript,



With nearly 6 years of development now spent on version 8, we're looking at
how best to schedule version 7's end-of-life.



To help us understand our customers' expectations, I'd like to ask a couple
questions. Please reply to supp...@terascript.com
  rather than to this list, if you'd like
your answers to be confidential. Additional comments are welcome.



1)  How far into the future do you see your use of version 7? Please
provide a year, e.g. "at least through 2020" or "not beyond 2022"



2)  Would you purchase a 7.5 release that provided extended support,
notably for installation on newer OSes, security (e.g. TLS 1.3), and bug
fixes?
