Yes, it now has this in it:
Provides:   python-argparse = %{version}-%{release}
Obsoletes:  python-argparse < 1.1-3

What would be the best solution for that now?
Maybe this?:
Provides:   python-argparse = %{version}-%{release}%{?_isa}

python-argparse itself was noarch, so this makes no sense either to
me...
(CC'ing fpc)

At [1], there is no such case documented...

 is updated again. Last time there were some unknown fields in nitrate
 side. By doing some tests on it, I verified several of them and added some
 new features. Please refer to it. So far, I think the general use cases
 have been covered and converted to related features for comparison.
