We always need more pairs of hands! Thank you for volunteering, and no,
meeting attendance is not required :)

QA is a pretty informal group, we're happy to accept help wherever you
feel most suited/interested - anyone doing anything listed in the
QA/Join page is a valuable QA member :)

Me, tflink, kparal, jskladan, garretraziel etc will be happy to help
you with any questions you have on the tooling stuff. Myself, jskladan
and garretraziel are the main contacts for openQA; tflink, kparal and
jskladan are good people to talk to about taskotron; and all the crazy
wiki stuff and compose validation tooling is mostly my fault ;)

Which page? https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA/Meetings says "on Mondays
at 1600 UTC, and 1500 UTC during daylight savings time periods". We're
currently in a daylight savings time period.

Hi Adam, this is the page I was referring to:

   https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA#Communicate
QA project meetings are held Mondays at 16.00 UTC in the fedora meeting
   channel on IRC.

Aha, thanks, well spotted. I'll fix it.

F24 update halted by "128KB required" on /usr/local/ filesystem to write nothing but empty directories from filesystem 3.2-37 rpm

2016-05-02 Thread Felix Miata
Not totally empty. One directory got some sort of 13 byte cache file. I
umounted /usr/local/ in order to get dnf to proceed to install its
nothingness. Far more than 128KB was actually free on that filesystem.

python conflict, allowerasing no help, skipbroken no help

2016-05-02 Thread Felix Miata
file /usr/lib/libpython3.so from install of
system-python-libs-3.5.1-7.fc24.i686.rpm conflicts with file from package
python3-libs-3.4.3-5.fc24.i686. How to resolve conflict and get dnf update to
proceed? Can python3-libs be manually removed without breaking something
critical, like rpm or dnf?
