In relation to my video problems under 21 Beta is there ANY way to deal with the locked up desktop other than hitting the power switch? When it's locked-up, ctrl-alt-F keys don't work..ctrl-alt-del doesn't work...and the last resort alt-sysreq doesn't work. I am really afraid of totally messing up the FS to the point where I am forced to remain in Debian. If xorg is using the Intel driver, the only solution is just to uninstall the driver and let xorg use nomodeset.
