Aside from my other reply - dependency issues are very rarely bugs in
anaconda, so they very rarely constitute grounds for -1ing an anaconda
update.

Only if it affects the DVD, though. Package set issues in net installs
are generally not release blocking.

masking drama. The update feedback process isn't a good way to discuss
design decisions. There's other escalation paths for that if it proves
necessary. (I think the masking thing was in the previous anaconda build
too, anyhow.)
