Fedora Rawhide, GNOME, GNOMEShell

Really that there is no SSH key agent running that applications can
query. In a sense I do not care which application does this as long as
one does. It seems like the default should be gnome-keyring-daemon.

Not as yet, looks like I should submit one.

Fedora Rawhide.

GNOME GNOMEShell

Which desktop environment? GNOME shell replaced ssh-agent with the
GNOME keyring daemon some time ago, though I don't know when. Seems
like ages. It's a bit sad, since the keyring daemon doesn't support
newer key types.

Anyway, is the problem that you don't see the ssh-agent process (which
is normal) or that there isn't any agent available?

What Fedora version is this? I think that's true of GNOME on Wayland
in F22, but I'm pretty sure it was fixed for F23 (and it's definitely
working on Rawhide, since I'm looking at it right now).

Also, what desktop environment and display manager?
