Re: [TeX-Music] Fastidious work
i put the code in a lower voice, if it is possible, the [f is there not active, i need there a [u if i want the beam to flip example: 11 1 4 1 4 0 0 1 1 16 0 t ./ % w220 c8 zc+ a za+ [f c8-- zc+ a za+ ] / c8-- zc+ a za+ [f c8-- zc+ a za+ ] // rbp rbp / = Andre - Original Message - From: "Don Simons" To: "'Werner Icking Music Archive'" Sent: Saturday, June 20, 2009 4:09 PM Subject: Re: [TeX-Music] Fastidious work Since the sample code does not even include one "[f ..." , I don't completely understand the question. But if you want to repeat EXACTLY the same piece of PMX code many times, you can use a macro. For example: MR1 [f c84 zc+ a za+ ] M MP1 MP1 Will give you 3 copies of the forced beam. But you have to be careful about the octave when using macros. --Don Simons -Original Message- From: icking-music-archive.org-tex-music-boun...@mailman.nfit.au.dk [mailto:icking-music-archive.org-tex-music-boun...@mailman.nfit.au.dk] On Behalf Of Jill-Jênn VIE Sent: Saturday, June 20, 2009 1:04 AM To: Werner Icking Music Archive Subject: [TeX-Music] Fastidious work
2 1 1 4 1 4 0 0 1 1 16 0.0 bt ./ rp / c8 zc+ a za+ /
Do I really have to put "[f c8 zc+ a za+ ]", for all occurrences of such a thing? Re: [TeX-Music] Bug in PMX 2.521 version (Mac)
I have one question anyway:
c8- c+ c- c+ c- c+ c- c+ / r8 c- ze zc+ r c- ze zc+ r c- ze zc+ r c- ze zc+ // g2 e1 e8 { f1 f } g8 { a1 / d8- d+ d- d+ e- e+ e- e+ / a4d } f8 c1+ b8 { b1 b8 } r /
Just focus on the “{ a1” followed by a “a4d }”. As there is a second voice on the first bar, the right brace seems not to be recognized (so I closed my braces correctly but the matter was there). I can do this to fix it:
c8- c+ c- c+ c- c+ c- c+ | d- d+ d- d+ e- e+ e- e+ / r8 c- ze zc+ r c- ze zc+ r c- ze zc+ r c- ze zc+ | rpb // g2 e1 e8 { f1 f } g8 { a1 | a4d } f8 c1+ b8 { b1 b8 } r /
But had I really done a mistake or is it a bug?
