Hi Michal - you are a wizard :).  installed in tex4ht; will install in tex
live after we unfreeze there.

it looks like the new output files are
tex4ht.dir/texmf/tex4ht/ht-fonts/alias/ec/eccc.htf
tex4ht.dir/texmf/tex4ht/ht-fonts/unicode/ec/eccc-uni.ht

does that sound right? (and no existing files were changed)

Thanks Karl :) Regarding TL, I have plans to upload some projects,
some of them are executable Lua scripts (tex4ebook, make4ht and
Markdown processor). What is the policy regarding these executables?
All of them can be executed using directly with texlua, shell script
or with batch file.

I hope so. Htf files business seems to be more and more mysterious, so
I hope it will work at these locations. I hope that  someday I will
fix also newtx math fonts, which are much more complicated than this
:)
