[PBSS] Christmas Party:
You do realize if we have the PBSS Christmas party in Carlsbad that only about three or four of PBSS members will show up. Look at last year's party at Ess cave, and Carlsbad is a lot farther away. I am for a party at the SWR, maybe at Lucy's, but it will be a small party. As for secretary'a job, we may have to combine secretary and treasure like we have done in the past. [Texascavers] Donna Mosemann
I am relaying this information from Martha. Last Thursday May10th, Donna Mosesmann had to be taken to a hospital emergency room with breathing problems. As of today (Sat -May 12th..afternoon) she is currently in room 1049 in Memorial Herman Southwest Hospital (opposite side of Hwy 59 from Sharpstown mall). They may move her to a more permanent room soon. Because of the severe pain from her cancer she is really immobile. She had a lump carved off her head a week ago, but the real problem is that the disease is in her hip bones and she cannot walk. She is scheduled to begin chemotherapy this week. Her cancer is very advanced, but she is a strong lady and we remain optimistic about her chances for a remission. Sheree Mahan and I will be visiting her this weekend in Houston. Our thoughts and prayers are with her as she fights the biggest battle of her life. She has encouraged and inspired so many of us. She has touched the hearts of many people and helped anyone who needed it. I just thought some of you might want to know.
