All, The Land Trust Alliance needs us to make two phone calls to help have the Enhanced Tax Incentive for Conservation Easements passed before the end of the year. Senator Cornyn is one of these KEY players and now that he has been elected as Majority Whip in the Senate even more so. This truly is a CRITCAL time for us to get the Senate to act on permanence before the end of the year. To make the Enhanced Tax Incentive for Conservation Easements permanent we all have to request support from our Senators. This effects El Paso directly. If we want land owners to donate land they need and want to see an incentive. You can help make that happen by making phone calls. This is the only way it will be passed.
