Well, you could set up some pulleys to keep the light at the bottom where it would be more useful. When I worked as a grip we had zip-cord, different than zip-line. You would have to spool it off as you rappelled. But boy what a mess. Did any of you smart-asses actually play the video? This is a request for development funding so you can't actually go buy these things. The idea is an inexpensive, cheap-to-operate light to replace kerosene lighting in rural 3rd world (read African) countrysides. BUT the idea is a simple (Duh!!) and wonderful one for an in-cave camp, base camp, or emergency cabin lighting. I hope they get it on market. DirtDoc
