This Sunday, Feb. 12, at 10am, we have an impromptu trip to the LaChance Sinkholes near Gruene, Texas.
Last trip there, Bennett completed a through trip connecting two of the major sinkhole areas. Since then, the LaChance family has been digging on another sink and it opened up into a room. For you Austin folks, the LaChance Sinkholes were the recent topic of Bennett's witty and entertaining presentation at the UT Grotto a few weeks ago. Here's your opportunity to be a part of it yourself! It's just a quick drive from Austin, especially for all you south Austin cavers. Don't let Bennett be the only one scooping booty there with all his solo through trips! Get to the LaChance Sinkholes tomorrow and find that virgin passage yourself!
