Fwd: [Texascavers] New social networking site just for cavers

2008-02-06 Thread Charles Goldsmith
Thanks to NSS Forum Administrator Wayne Harrison, NSS Online Cavers is
up and running at http://www.onlinecavers.com -- a new site just for cavers
to meet. You can create your own page and join the community, or just
check out the videos and photos.

NSS Online Cavers is a fully-customizable social networking site that lets
you share videos, photographs, start your own blog, and even listen to
music while you browse the site. You can upload your own videos, or use
the embed codes from YouTube and Google videos to add videos to the
site.

And if you're on Flickr, you don't have to re-upload your caving photos.
There's a special link that lets you link to your Flickr photos right into the
main photo album. (There is an NSS Cavers Flickr group too! Check it out.
http://www.flickr.com/groups/caving_photos/pool/ )

You'll also find a prominent link to CaveChat, along with an RSS feed of the
latest CaveChat posts, so you won't be very far away when you visit.

All cavers are welcome to join the community on NSS Online Cavers! Visit
now and sign up!

Cheryl Jones, NSS OVP
(Please circulate freely among cavers)
